VTech Releases the Sustainability Report for FY2026

Hong Kong – VTech Holdings Limited (HKSE: 303) today released its sustainability report for the year ended 31 March 2026. 

The Sustainability Report highlighted our progress in aligning sustainability efforts with UNSDGs and our third 5-year Sustainability Plan 2030, outlining a wider range of sustainability goals and targets. This report also summarised our achievements on five sustainability pillars: Governance and Business Ethics, Product Responsibilities and Value Chain Management, Environment, Our People, and Society. In FY2026, VTech updated assessment on climate-related risks and opportunities, estimated the associated financial impacts on operations and businesses in accordance with the ESG Reporting Code set out in Appendix C2 of the listing rules of HKEX, and with reference to ISSB’s IFRS S2 Standard. We also used expertise and resources to support communities, including donation of over 400 plush toys to students in response to Tai Po blaze.
